OHI Ltd are not allied or connected to any other company and any personal or medical information obtained from a medical or consultation will not be disclosed to any party for commercial use.

All medical records are stored securley in our offices in compliance with the Data Protection Act (1998) and will not be copied or released without the written consent of the individual.

After a medical or consultation a brief report will be provided for workplace management detailing any occupational related conditions with appropriate advice on the management of such conditions and trend analysis.  No personal or medical details will be disclosed to the employer without written consent from the individual.

The only exception to the above rules would be if any health and safety issues were identified in compliance with current health and safety or other relevant legislation, e.g. the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974, The Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 and the Equality Act 2010.
