Assessment of health questionnaire, hearing test, lung function test, Skin assessment, Height/weight/BMI, Eye test, Basic Havs assessment, Night worker assessment, working at heights, Blood Pressure, Pulse. Muscular Skeletal Assessment. Urine test. Fitness certification
Plus £75 a night per person, plus mileage 50p a mile small unit, 70p a mile large unit.
Health Screening Nurse working onsite in client’s facility. £600 a day (10% discount for 3 or more days) Plus Cholesterol strips at cost (£75 for 25) plus accommodation at £75 per night plus mileage at 40p per mile.
Occupational Health Tech. £400 a day plus as above.
Occupational Health Nurse for sickness absence/fitness to work/risk assessments/training £600 a day plus as above.
Home visits sickness absence £400 each and as above.
New three day HSE approved first aid course (FAAW)£1995 for up to 12 delegates held on the client’s site.
New two day HSE approved refresher course(FAAW) £1450 for up to 12 delegates held on the client’s site.
New one day HSE approved appointed persons first aid course £650 for up to 12 delegates held on client’s site.
Half day automated defib course £400 up 6 delegates held on clients site.
