Office Administrator required for our new office opening soon in Blackpool Lancashire. Main duties of the role will be to perform general administrative duties and provide support for business operations as required. Duties/Responsibilities will include: Greet visitors and clients, receive external telephone calls, carry out IT related tasks including word processing, updating spread sheets,or database, internet search, process incoming and out going post, Maintain records, filing systems and computer files. 40 hours per week, 20 days holiday per year, company pension scheme. Registered Nurse required to join an established Occupational Health Company providing health screening nationwide. This would be an ideal position for somebody wishing to progress into a career in Occupational Health. Full training would be given to the right candidate; a clean driving licence is essential as the role includes driving company vehicles and incurs travelling extensively throughout the UK with overnight stays. Initially working closely with an Occupational Health Technician so must be a team player and good communicator.
